At Karl's BBQ, we believe that great barbeque starts with a great story. After 10 months of struggling to fit in to the rough world of puppyhood, Karl went through an identity crisis. With the simple change of his collar from a rugged chain to a fuchsia colored bandana, he suddenly came into his own. Karl’s demeanor instantly shifted from a playful trouble maker to a strong, honest, hard working BBQ guy!

With Karl’s new identity came a new found passion for BBQ. Always a lover of meat, he developed a keen taste for true southern BBQ sauce. Through hard work and dedication, Karl was able to fine tune a new recipe for BBQ sauce that became an instant hit with the neighborhood. With the support from his family he ventured off into the wide world of all things BBQ, blazing a new path for dogs growing into their own.

Karl’s passion can be tasted in the details, that’s why we source only the best quality meats, locally whenever possible, and use fresh, natural ingredients in our rubs, sauces and sides. We also believe in the power of slow-smoking over real wood, which gives our meats their signature flavor and tenderness.
